Job Description:
- Manage the key traffic-driving channels of Search (SEO and SEM) and actively engaging in optimization of those channels for the business to drive acquisition and awareness
- Conduct in-depth analysis to determine program effectiveness and to continuously improving campaigns
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
- Plan, execute and measure actions continuously
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Highly analytical with Prior experience of managing SEM campaigns across PLA, Search and display advertising
- Hands-on experience of setting up PLA and Search ads is a must
- Well-versed in performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
- Desire and ability to work in an action-oriented environment
- Willing to take calculated risks to grow the category
- Excellent verbal and written communication with interpersonal skills
- Experience with website analytics tools
- Willingness to learn and adapt to a highly dynamic environment to drive business growth
Candidates who have worked on SEM with Agency experience is a plus
