What will be your key responsibilities-

We are trying to do something very new in the industry and any change, in general, takes its own sweet time. We need smart, hardworking and sincere people who can act as a catalyst for this change and transform the way our customers (Clinics / Hospitals) work currently. The prime responsibilities of the Customer Transformation team are:

- Identifying Key Accounts (aka PB SmartClinics)

- Concept Selling

- On-boarding

- Hand Holding

- Trouble Shooting

- Strategically Engaging

The Customer Transformation team will be coupled, in a seamless manner, to the - Customer Success- team which takes care of the entire back-end. We should be able to develop and own systems and processes which would aid in tracking and continuous improvement as we go ahead.

What will help you do a good job-

A few of these qualities can be innate (hence freshers are also equally fit for it) and a few could have been acquired during your previous employment stints:

- Excellent communication skills & ability to learn quickly (Knowledge of Tamil is an additional advantage)

- Patience and Persistence

- Statistical and Analytical capabilities

- Sincerity and Trustworthiness

Experience in B2B business / Healthcare / Concept Selling can be an added advantage

# of roles available: 3 (One Manager + Two Assistant Managers)

Who can apply:

For Assistant Managers: The role is ideal for fresh graduates (or folks with less than 2 years experience) who are looking for opportunities to start their careers in the e-commerce/ Business Development space

For Manager: Folks with MBA and a few years of experience, who have the skills to grow and manage a team, are ideal.

We are looking for people who can join us full time immediately (starting tomorrow to a couple of weeks at max) - so only people who are in a position to do the same may apply.

What's in it for you-

First the unattractive part: The salary.

Compensation will have 3 components:

Fixed + Variable + ESOPs

Fixed + Variable component will be just about OK for you to manage your expenses as we are a boot-strapped company with limited resources (as of now - wink- ) but the ESOPs component will make sure that you will be sufficiently compensated for any loss in pay that you may incur. With a couple of rounds of funding (which may take time basis how we all perform) we should be able to scale up to industry standard packages for all of us anyways.

2. You will get to work directly with the Senior Management team, who come with significant experience in all areas of management across large corporates and SMEs
