Key responsibilities:

Manage ongoing operations :

- Order management across all channels (online, mobile, Whatsapp, phone calls, etc).

- Inventory management.

- Scheduling for purchase management and delivery management.

- Payments management and accounts management.

- Customer relationship management.

- Develop a deep understanding of all the Operations processes, and aid in the creation of replicable systems for use in other cities, as we expand.

- Develop and own management reports, which would aid in continuous improvements in operational efficiency.

The role is ideal for post graduates who are looking for opportunities to start their careers in the e-commerce space. It might also be interesting for people who have around 2 years experience in these spaces, and are actively looking for a change.

Good communication skills, excellent problem-solving skills and quick learn-ability are key requirements.

The in hand component will be just about OK for you to manage your expenses as we are a boot-strapped company with limited resources but the ESOPs component will make sure that you will be sufficiently compensated for any loss in pay that you may incur. With a couple of rounds of funding (which may take time basis how we all perform) we should be able to scale up to industry standard packages for all of us anyways.
