About the role

We are looking for teammates who are passionate about the growth of small businesses, local makers, and farms.

You will be scouting for these awesome makers and getting them onboard.

As a Maker Sales Associate, you would

- Interact with interesting makers making/growing/manufacturing their own produce, and get them featured on PING

- Explore and onboard authentic makers across categories like Farms, Dairy, Groceries, Baked Goodies, Spreads & Pickles

- Speak with various small, medium, and direct-to-consumer brands and provide them a platform to constantly engage with their customers directly

- Help makers with a low digital footprint empower their online presence

- Own the end to end experience of makers with proactive performance management, prompt support, and ensuring they are successful

- Develop initiatives and best practices to increase maker engagement and their business growth

What are we looking for

- 2-3 years of experience in sales

- We are looking for self-starters, motivated folks who are hungry to learn, build something new, take ownership and make magic happen for the makers.

- You must be extremely collaborative and solution-oriented

- You are creative, you have a high bias for action, you can build processes where needed.

- Familiarity with Bangalore will be an added bonus
