About the role : We are looking for teammates who are passionate about the growth of small businesses, local makers, and farms. You will own the discovery, and growth of new makers on Ping. As a Maker Growth Associate, you would not only be interacting with interesting makers every day, but also - Manage the city's new maker growth end to end - prospecting, marketing and pitching to new makers - Densify makers and products across categories and localities - Identify creative solutions to boosting maker growth, lead projects to streamline faster on-boarding - Identify and drive operational projects related to partners - share insights to help productize the process What are we looking for- - We are looking for self-starters, motivated folks who are hungry to learn, build something new, take ownership and make magic happen for the makers. - You have sales experience of at least 2 years and you enjoy talking to new people every day. Prior experience in a fast-moving startup is a plus. - You must be extremely collaborative. - You must be who your friends call - an optimistic fool- because building a startup from zero to one is HARD. We are looking for positive energy people who come up with solutions, not issues. - You are creative and have a strong bias for action - speed over overthinking. - You have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
