Role Purpose We are hiring for the role of Associate Director, Region Head, Enterprise Corporate Team. This is a People Leader Role reporting into the National Head of Enterprise Corporate and will be based out of Mumbai. In your role, you'll be instrumental in advancing our mission by leading the West Region team, which focusses on onboarding large scale enterprise/corporate clients, tailoring solutions to meet both their needs. You will lead the regional charter for the enterprise business which will involve strategic sales planning, end to end execution and development of the team. The responsibilities we entrust you with - Expand Enterprise Network: Lead the team to acquire high end corporate clients by offering solutions at scale and matching offerings to meet unique use cases as per the industry of operation - Client Engagement: Cultivate strong relationships and networks to deepen engagement with existing and potential clients and position holders at the CXO level Strategic Planning: Work closely with senior leadership team to formulate and executive strategic actions for the region - Market Awareness: Stay updated on market trends and competition. Share insights to improve products and other value added offerings - Process guardian: Diligently following our processes for acquiring, onboarding clients, following our compliance policies and procedures, fulfilling necessary documentation and reporting for sales management. Relevant Work Experience: - Enterprise Sales in Fintech, Banking and Financial Services including Insurance, - Solution Selling in IT and SAAS products, Quick-Commerce, E-Commerce, FMCG, FMCD, Telecom will be preferred.
