- Monitoring day to day commercial performance of each account within the portfolio through a team of 27 Key Account Managers.
- Managing complex sales negotiations in acquiring new clients.
- Provide dedicated account management to top clients, to develop, manage, optimize, support and create business solutions for clients.
- Build key stakeholder relationships both internally and externally.
- Conduct reviews on accounts and map top clients to Cross Sell and Upsell Selling additional products and services to clients.
- Retain and recover accounts through strong relationships with key decision makers
