The Role : - Pine Labs is looking for a senior digital marketer manager, who is action oriented, passionate and is customer-obsessed, to join our marketing team to generate and nurture digital leads for our new B2B products. The ideal candidate must have experience in lead generation, nurturing &amp; closure in either B2B or B2C brands.&nbsp; - The candidate must be very passionate about digital marketing and competitive insight, segmentation, go-to-market strategies and should have demonstrated execution excellence in the digital marketing space. Key Responsibilities : - Work with sales &amp; product teams to understand the product design &amp; target audience. - Design &amp; execute the strategy to generate and nurture leads digitally by co-owning the marketing lead generation with the product marketing team. - Own search for Pine Labs across key product categories including payments, gifting, affordability( EMI) and lending. - Continually look out and experiment with new digital channels to improve business impact and ROI from existing channels. - Work with Merchant Engagement team for exploring &amp; running an online community for retail merchants with a view to establish Pine Labs as a merchant platform. - Own the planning and execution of strategies for the company's website and key digital marketing channels to drive lead generation and deeper customer connection.
