Senior Manager/Associate Vice President - Corporate Communications

- The Corporate Communications and Content team at Pine Labs is part of the company's recently created Brand, Communications and Marketing function.

- The Communications team is responsible for media relations, internal communications, social media communication and product communication and branding and content development for corporate and product messaging.

- The head of Communications and their team play a vital role in shaping perceptions about Pine Labs among employees, merchants, bank and brand partners, developers, media and other influencers.

- He/she is responsible for devising regular and consistent communications using messaging, stories and platforms including direct mailing, media, social media, and events.

Responsibilities :

- Develop messaging and stories that position Pine Labs as Asia's leading merchant commerce platform.

- Plan and execute comprehensive communications and content plans working closely with business teams, marketing peers and external agencies. Design and execute a plan to grow the Pine Labs brand among existing and prospective merchants, employees, developers, and partners.

- Maintain a proactive communication calendar with media, influencers, social media audiences

- Working closely with marketing peers and sales teams, design and execute regular merchant communication

- Manage internal and partner stakeholders in a manner that helps the overall business and communications objectives

- Manage a team of in-house and external communications and content specialists

- Work closely with the HR team to help an employer branding

- Work closely with the technology team to help outreach to developers

- Define and maintain key metrics to measure communications and content, in line with the overall business objectives and communications objectives

- Understand the regulatory framework for the business and work with the legal team as required to communicate a clear policy/industry stance

- Maintain a close relationship with relevant industry bodies and help the company participate in appropriate discussions to help establish the brand among industry peers and regulators
