Product Manager

The Role :

- Pine Labs is looking for product managers who are passionate, strategic, and customer-obsessed to join our Plutus Smart vertical. As a Product Manager, you will help strategize and design our products, manage the end-to-end execution of product features, and contribute to product vision and strategy.

Responsibilities :

- Work with a cross-functional team of engineers, marketers, salespeople to build and launch products - from initial market validation, positioning & messaging, to go-to-market strategy and launch execution

- Assume ownership of products including defining the scope and developing requirements for new and advanced products as well as upgrades and progressive releases for existing products

- Maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and trends

- Define features through detailed specifications and user stories

- Work with design and engineering teams through feature implementations

- Own user and product insights: Go deep on understanding the overall market and how users engage across our B2B products. Build data-driven, actionable insights that inform product strategy

- Help create and oversee the production of all sales materials, including presentations, blog posts, advertisements, and social media posts

Basic Qualifications :

- BE/B-tech degree or MBA in marketing would be preferred

- 7+ years of relevant requisite experience

- Background in fintech or related industries is a plus

- Experience with Google Webmasters tools, Google Analytics and wireframing & prototyping software

Background Experience :

- Experience in managing complete product life-cycle from conceptualization to release Experience using market research to inform product development strategies

- Strong knowledge of UX process and Interaction Design

- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills combined with a strong business and technical acumen

- Bias for action and can break down complex problems into steps that help drive product development

- Ability to lead and execute a project end-to-end, work autonomously, focusing on key outcomes amidst competing priorities and tight deadlines
