Job Role  - To take end-to-end ownership of the Gift & Rewards product line  - Identify market requirements, define the product vision, create preliminary design concepts and drive the implementation of the overall product roadmap.   - Responsible for Entire Product life cycle from conceptualization till end of life. Define P&L drivers and track them  - Work closely with the Engineering team, User design, operations and other functional domain. Co-ordinate product launches   - Help pre-sale/sales team to delivery product notes & sales pitches  Must-have experience/criteria for role:  - Proven track record of customer orientation & experience in product management.  - Experience in developing smart features (for customer experience) in areas of web-applications & Mobile Apps   - Preferably 4-5+ years of product management experience post MBA. Bachelor's in Engg.; MBA preferred  - Strong analytical and quantitative skills; Results orientation.  - Implementation orientation; demonstrated ability to translate strategic differentiators into innovative and create detailed product requirements
