Job Function : Key Account Management/Relationship Management
Key Role/ Responsibilities :
- Front end the business relationship with Banks and other program partners
- Ensure sustenance of current revenues and drive revenue growth from the relationships by identifying new partnership opportunities
- Maintain awareness of competitive products
- Build and deepen relationships with partners
- Conducting business reviews to ensure partners are satisfied with their products and services
- Responsible for account profitability and ensuring 100% retention
- Liaison with all internal departments to ensure partner needs are fulfilled effectively
- Escalating and resolving areas of concern as raised by partners
- Monitoring company performance against service level agreements and flagging & resolving potential issues proactively
Must Haves :
- Experience in Relationship management (2+ yrs). Banking experience would be preferred
- Understanding of Marketing/Loyalty products
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Relationship management abilities
- Ability to work independently under time constraint
- Working knowledge of the payments industry and cards systems will be considered as an advantage
- Open to traveling for business meetings as may be required
- MBA is must. Preferred campuses - New IIM- s, IMI Delhi, IMT Ghaziabad, XIMB (Batch of 2018,2019)
- Proficient knowledge of Excel / Ppt / Word
