- Planning & coordinating deliveries and redeliveries of aircraft

- Preparing RFPs, Term sheets for new, used & owned aircraft

- Evaluating commercial aspects of a transactions

- Negotiating and closing lease agreements

- Managing novation/ transfer of lease agreements

- Administration of existing portfolio of aircraft

- Analysis of existing contracts with vendors

- Managing amendments to service contracts

- B-Tech (From Premier Engineering College)

- MBA (From Premium B-School)

- CA, CS & CFA (Desirable Skill Sets)
