Pidilite - Team Head - Field Marketing

Role & Responsibilities :

- Around 10 to 15 years experience in Field Marketing, Market Development

- Implementing - Demand Generation Programs for the division through execution of integrated marketing programs for products, channels, influencer and consumers.

- Responsible for field marketing support for launches / re-launches of all new & old products in the retail business.

- Provide inputs & insights for the development of market development modules.

- Drive implementation of all market development modules as well as review effectiveness of the same with respect to execution/content in the field.

- Responsible for the development of market development plans for key field marketing initiatives

- Plan and implement training programs for skill development of Masons, Painters, Civil Contractors, Painting Contractors, etc.

- Driving implementation of training programs for channel partners as per plan.

- Oversee implementation & feedback of loyalty programs.

- Driving market research / insight projects targeted at end consumers & users / influencers /channel partners as per business needs and ensure effective usage / implementation of key findings and recommendations.

- Training & Capability building of Field Staff

- Applicator Development

- Generation of database of users/influencers in Retail Business

- Providing inputs for CRM initiative plans and ensuring implementation.

- Develop and ensure execution of marketing plans for pilot projects
