This position will assume responsibility of HR Business partnering role for one of the Business Division. The total employee strength in the Business Divisions is in the range of 350 to 500 .  Role & Responsibilities:  - Effective Pidilite structure staffed in line with the division / function business plans:  Finalising the Org Structure / Manpower budgeting for the division.  Draw up structure transition plan (in case of structure changes) and execute the same with minimal disruptions.  Drive the process of R&R finalization at every level to provide role clarity and build ownership  Give clarity to each employee wrt R&R / systems and processes / review processes  Support the Talent Acquisition team to ensure timely talent acquisition for positions in the divisions / functions.   Periodically review the manpower cost & productivity in the division / function and undertake measures to bring it to the industry standards.  - Embed - PIL Ways of Working- Culture:  Monitor and track IRM / DRM process, field visits by employees for the division (index / scheduling and monitoring of IRM / DRM of the division). Follow the same in HR.  Identify and remove of negatives and simplify of division processes.  Identify in concurrence with the CEO / Functional President at least one area of work within each category of employee whereby the employees are free to innovate and come up with new ideas (process will be defined)  Implement robust Performance Management System in the Division / Function (Setting Goals & MIs, Performance Review & Evaluation, Effective Improvement feedback).  Periodically review and recommend necessary changes to the Financial & Non-Financial approval matrix. (Financial and business decision making process which grants sufficient freedom to the employee to perform well).  - Build - Ready Now- Talent for today & tomorrow:  Talent assessment and support in implementing development and retention plans for key talent (Key Talent: assessment and identification, implementation of role movement as per career path and implementation of development plan).   Young Talent Management : (a) summer & winter internship programmes, (b) Support Management Trainees in settling down and performing first roles.  Monitor employee attrition, analyse underlying causes and take suitable corrective and preventive actions.   - Make the division / employees - Great Place to Work-   Ensure robust Induction & Integration of all employees joining the Division / Function   Have strong connect with employees. Ensure closure of various points arising from forums like My Pidilite, Open House, Sampark LFC etc.  Leverage reward and recognition programme to build a culture of appreciation and positivity in the Division / Function.   With support from HR Operations team, ensure that all facilities meet - Pidilite Infrastructure standard.  Leverage the HRMS and HR Operations team to address the employee grievances in timely and effective manner.  - Strengthen Pidilite capabilities:  Work with L&D team to build identified capabilities in the Division / Function  Improve the - People Manager- capabilities of the line managers through Pidilite customised modules.  Build - PIL Specific capabilities- in identified employee groups in the Division / Function  SPECIFIC CANDIDATE PROFILE :  Incumbent should have an MBA / PGDBA Degree in Human Resources from a reputed B School with 3-6 yrs of experience.   Incumbent should have good experience in handling the various aspects of HR i.e Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management System, Learning & Development & Employee Engagement. Incumbent should have excellent inter - personal & analytical skills.
