Job Description:
- Whole Sale Stockist (WSS) Call log management
- Work/Guide CSM team to ensure that all issues with respect to WSS are logged on to WSS Service Cell during their monthly visit.
- Work with WSS Service cell and identify root cause of all complaints pertaining to WSS, identify improvement initiatives and close the gaps.
- Work with CSMs / WSS Service Cell to ensure all WSS log in at least one call in every month
- Appointment & Induction of (Whole Sale Stockist) WSS
Backup WSS
- WSS Watch Gap report (division wise) Route cause analysis division wise of no. of WSS in exception
- Ensure availability of Back up WSS
- WSS Appointment: Review gap in WSS Appointment to discontinuation time gap for all divisions and identify improvement initiatives and implement action plans.
- WSS Attrition: Review WSS Attrition on a monthly basis and identify any improvement opportunities in appointment process and/or prevent undesired attrition
- Commercial policy implementation exception analysis: Work with CSMs/HO Finance on identifying improvement initiatives in closing the exceptions and gaps in commercial policies with respect to WSS
WSS Training:
- Work with Divisions NSMs/PSMs on the WSS training calendar and ensure they are implemented in the ground by CSMS (Commercial policies and IT systems)
- List of improvement initiatives / suggestions collective/identified in the Training program along with execution of these initiatives.
Insight Generation and Execution
- WSS Consultants & CSM field visits: Work with divisions for timely execution of Insights generated from field visits of WSS consultants and CSMs through Suggestion box framework.
Insights on WSS discontinuation
- Identify FFS Exceptions (as follows) and identify RCA/Gaps and ensure close of these gaps
- Identify reasons for discontinuation based on key insights for process/policy improvements post exit interviews and ensure implementation.
Candidate Profile:
- The candidate should have relevant experience in sales and distribution, Sales Operation, minimum 10 years
- Has done a supervisory role for a minimum of 5 years and corporate role in sales and distribution would be preferable.
- Should have good understanding of Distribution management.
