Responsible for Branch Sales through implementation of the following:
Business Management
- Responsible for overall Branch Value and volume Sales Achievement & Volumes for Regular / Volume Building products
- Identify markets where Market development work is to be carried out and coordinate with MDI
- Collection and Updation of Competitive data/market intelligence and share with relevant members
- Improving Range selling
- Manage Key Dealer Relationship Program
- Responsible for execution of Key & Major Initiatives
- Network expansion
Team Management
- DRCP finalization, modification and compliance by TSI and DSR
- TSI and DSR recruitment To map current gaps areas in ISRs & recruit the ISR
- On job coaching and mentoring of TSI and DSR
- Identify the competency gap for TSI and DSR& coordinate for trainings needs
Distributor Management
- Responsible for Whole-Sales stockiest(WSS) Management : appointment/improvement / discontinuation of Distributor, - fill gaps in coverage, reduce attrition and implement self-working service to dealers
- Supervise communication of all commercial policies to Distributor (a) Balance confirmations (b) PDC (c) - C- forms (d) Cheque Bounce / Blacklisting (e) FFS (f) Claim Management/Goods return.
- Root-Cause Analysis of underperforming markets
- Supervise Scheme communication to Distributor
- Ensure suitable stocks management and market servicing by WSS
Candidate Profile:
- Candidate must be an MBA in Mktg with minimum 5 + years of experience from a reputed B School with experience in Sales & Distribution.
- Should have strong Team handling Skills
- Excellent selling skills, aptitude for demand generation thru below the line activities is essential.
- Excellent Analytical skills
- Very strong interpersonal skills are a must as this role would have to pull support from different functions within and outside the division.
