This position will focus on 3 key focus areas: - Retail Coverage Expansion - Drive the core distribution expansion agenda for Pidilite at a Pan India level - Go to Market strategy for Opportunity Markets - Drive Business from geographies identified - Lead the Retail Coverage Expansion initiative - This will include identifying potential markets, prospecting, onboarding and handover to Sales team. - Go to Market for Opportunity Markets - The objective is to improve direct coverage of outlets to optimize market servicing. The focus will be on right placement and resourcing. - Digital Engagement - Drives usage of Pidilite Proprietary Digital tools across divisions to identify market gap areas and ensure coverage and activation - Liaison with Sales teams on ground and Leadership teams and to drive Business Generation and prioritize business output from Periphery outlets. - Strong People Manager - Lead a team of 6 to 8 Regional Distribution Leads to drive expansion activities and rollout across India Candidate Profile: - B.E/ MBA candidates with 4-8 years of experience - Strong Analytical, Collaborative & organizational skills - High degree of ownership and executions skills in past assignments - Proficiency in MS Excel is a must & also must be strong in Analytics and DMS knowledge
