This position will be responsible for anchoring Field Force Automation Agenda for all TSIs & ISRs in the Organization. - Lead Salesforce Automation and Business Transformation Projects in the midst of an evolved & complex Information Systems Environment - Lead Process Re-engineering projects in the domain of salesforce management & automation - Interface with cross-functional leadership and the field teams through regular interactions for identifying opportunity areas in Sales business processes and new requirement gathering - Collaborate with the Divisions, SMG, IT & technology partners to release impactful features, coordinate development activity, and track success metrics to closure - Employ a range of qualitative (user discovery research, focus groups, usability studies, etc.) & quantitative (surveys, analytics, market research, etc.) data into the evolution of the platforms - Produce detailed Specs for new features; including wireframes, user flows, scenarios, business case, platform roadmap & performance metrics - Regular benchmarking with best practices in the industry with a view to creating a best in class automation approach, platform & associated workflows - Managing Hardware provisioning and Support Cell Monitoring. Candidate Profile - Candidates with Post Graduation degree (MBA) with 3 to 6 years of experience - Strong analytical, collaborative & organizational skills - High degree of ownership and executions skills in past assignments - Strong Sales Process Knowledge - Proficiency in evaluating performance/impact of a feature. Ability to make business and technical trade-offs in delivering the best solutions - Bias for action and can break down complex problems into steps that help drive the agenda - FMCG (including semi-FMCG like renowned paint/colors companies), Telecom or Pharma
