Pidilite Industries - Regional Sales Manager

We are hiring for RSM role in Kolkata, who will be handling Entire East India.

Qualifications : MBA from any premier institute only

Job Description:

- Managing the managers, hence People management, devising strategy for Region/Clusters, Sales Objectives, Distribution & Secondary dealers management, monitoring of various compliances related to Distributor,

- Driving Field marketing and market development agenda, Implementing Sales Ops and various processes,

1. Someone who is well versed with both Bengali & Hindi and who should have done his stint as Sales Supervisor / BM

2. Managing a minimum value of 15-20 Cr of business and managing approx. 6-8 frontline, who manage channel network and business develop executive.

3. Should be competent of handling data's and is able to analyze and give ideas/inputs & direction etc.

4. He should have worked in multiple locations.

Technical skill if any : Excel, word, ppt, Power BI

Preferred industries: Ceramics /Sanitary/FMCG, Chemicals/PetroChemical/Plastic/Rubber
