Key Responsibilities:
- Technical and administrative management of products assigned.
- Coordinate and support on new product development.
- Implement protocols for conducting customer field trials, documentation on data analysis and feedback to R&D / Marketing.
- Recommendation of products and manage product testing in the field.
- Collect technical insights from customers, evaluating customer complaints and taking corrective action relating to product application issues.
- Technical & application related content development.
- Perform periodic product & market reviews to identify gaps and areas of opportunity for product/systems.
- Support all application related complaints generated through the system.
- Investigate market intelligence on new applications / products by doing market research, managing OEM relationships, and joint customer meetings along with marketing team.
- Conduct product training through presentations, demonstrations, quiz's, creating tools to the internal & external stakeholders.
Experience / Skills:
- Ideal Candidate will be technical Manager or Product Specialist or Product Manager or R&D Manager from Construction Chemicals & Tiling Solutions companies.
- Should possess a Technical qualification or Diploma or Post-Graduate in Chemistry / Chemical / Civil Engineering with 7 to 15 years of relevant experience
