Key & Major Initiatives:
a) Drive major/key initiatives of his own
b) Review progress of major/key initiatives of his reportees. Provide guidance and support in enabling team members to achieve their initiatives
Process:
a) Conduct MRM as per guidelines, track identified key indicators and drive major/key initiatives
b) He is responsible for smoothly implementing the People Management process for his reportees. This will include timely recruitment, proper induction, identifying training needs and following PPMS timelines
c) Ensure internalisation, training and compliance of modules and systems
Sales:
a) Responsible for delivering overall sales of the branch through implementation of work plan
b) Identification and corrective plan in gap areas and by leveraging opportunities in the branch area
c) BM is expected to ensure that performance across TSI territories and WSS territories are robust and in line with the plans of the branch
d) Responsible for driving sales through effective scheme implementation with regular review of effectiveness and response to schemes
e) To provide feedback to ZSM on the basis of market response for improving scheme effectiveness
f) Responsible for maintaining good relationship with key dealers and influencers in the market
g) Conducting DRM, SGA and Influencer promotional activities in the branch area
