Job Description
- Timely supplies of right quality PM to all units, planning and execution as per business requirement.
- Raising RFQ to vendors, getting offers, Negotiating & finalizing of Rates with vendors, based on costing, feedstock movement.
- Updation of all PM prices in system & timely order placement.
- Maintaining Inventory Norms. Reduction of Non Moving & Slow Moving in PM by way of transfers, consumptions of PM. Monitoring the Share of Business (SOB) as per approval.
- Preparing periodic MIS. Highlights Exception in supply & Inventory for division. Effort to reduce the cost of materials through optimal allocation of SOB, Initiating vendor development, eliminating single sourcing.., etc
