ROLE OF HR - BUSINESS PARTNER   Assist CEOs / Functional President in :  - Finalising the Org Structure / Manpower budgeting for the division.   - Finalising the Roles & Responsibilities (R&R) at every level  - Give clarity to each employee wrt R&R / systems and processes / review processes  - Ensure proper Induction & Integration of all employees joining the Division / Function   - Training & Development – ensure that training needs are properly identified, contents developed and training imparted as per plan   Implement the Performance & Potential Management System in the Division / Function covering :  - Goals / Major Initiatives (MI) – Performance Indicators  - Performance evaluation / review of performance   - Effective Improvement Feedback  - Assessment / Identification of HI Potential (HIPO) employees  - Career Path Development for HIPOs  - Individual Development plan for HIPOs / sustained high performers  - Ensure timely talent acquisition for positions personally driven by CEO / President  - Assist CEOs / Functional President in monitoring / exception management wrt  - Implementation of Internal Review Meetings (IRM) / Divisional Review Meeting (DRM) process for the division (index / scheduling and monitoring of IRM / DRM of the division)   - Field visits by employees of the division as per the guidelines  - Assist CEOs / Functional President in finalising and implementing of approval matrix – Financial & Non Financial   - Ensure closure of various points arising from forums like Open House, Sampark LFC etc.  - Ensure conduction of HR / BRG – DRM – as per the defined process   Candidate Profile:  - Incumbent should have an MBA / PGDBA Degree in Human Resources from a reputed B School with 8 - 12 yrs of experience.   - Incumbent should have good experience in handling various aspects of HR i.e Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management System, Learning & Development & Employee Engagement.   - Incumbent should have excellent inter - personal & communications skills.
