Pidilite - Head - Legal/Litigation

The incumbent will be heading the team of 3 members for:

- Litigation

- Intellectual property

- Debt recovery matters

- Routine legal advice

This position reports to Chief - Legal

Candidate Profile:

- Incumbent must be a Law Graduate with minimum 12 years of relevant experience

- Should be managing litigation and IP lawyers but should have independently handled recovery litigation matters intellectual property matters and litigation.

- Should have attended courts and instructed lawyers for the above matters.

- Familiarity with laws in FMCG or related industry would be an advantage.

- Effective interpersonal skills for interfacing effectively with business and external stakeholders.

- First-hand knowledge of computer and online systems and processes associated with litigation is essential.
