- There are 2 areas of focus for this role.
- Distribution Expansion & Optimization (working with Corporate Distribution Operations Organisation)
- WSS and Competency Party management (working with HOS/RSMs / ASM's and under guidance from NSM/ Chief Sales and Corporate Distribution Operations organisation)
Core :
Distribution Expansion & Optimization :
- Identification and timely action on gaps
- Streamline & ensure proper implementation of WSS appointment module (incl. backup WSS)
- Proper compliance to WSS discontinuation and FFS policy
WSS & Competency Party management :
- Management of Financially stressed parties wrt insights and driving corrective actions.
- Proper implementation and drive improvement initiatives of all commercial policies including:
a) Security Deposit
b) PDC
c) - C- forms
d) Cheque Bounce / Blacklisting
e) Investment
- Tracking of Claim Management System to ensure removal of any exceptions
- Tracking of e-Balance & claim confirmation of any exceptions
- Development of WSS manual
- Proper induction and on-going training plan for WSS
- Pidilite World WSS module
- Target setting module
- WSS Reward & Recognition
- Development and roll out of WSS newsletter
In addition to the above core roles, this role will also perform the following :
- Drive implementation of all new initiatives related to WSS management including WSS Portal and other HO related initiatives
- Drive improvement plans within the division that arise out of structured meetings between Corporate Distribution Operations team and Divisions through the IRM / DRM meetings.
- Supporting
- Assist NSM in development and implementation of plan for distribution expansion and optimization
- Assist NSM in improving performance of WSS in overall exception, overall low base through ZSM
- Ensure resolution of all pending and escalated WSS complaints issues that are pending at Divisional teams by liaisoning with Divisional team members.
Additions (Unique to CC) :
- Provide Inputs for modifying and updating WSS/SIS/DFS/CWSS Management policies & modules.
- Analyse SIS Gaps, performance exceptions and prepare Gap reports to improve SIS channel performance, tracking systems and module compliance.
- Reduce WSS discontinuation by identifying root causes and coming out with systemic solutions in order to bring stability in distribution network.
- Conduct WSS/CWSS service delivery surveys and align with the basic customer service delivery objectives of the division.
