Pidilite - Business Analyst - IP

Roles & Responsibilities-

1. Provide analytical and business development support to businesses under Industrial Products

2. Monitoring growth indicators (Key financials) for businesses under Industrial Products, provide dashboards and review key differentiator projects.

3. Utilize economic analysis, modelling, business acumen and opportunity evaluation to facilitate improved business investments, portfolio management & opportunity evaluation for quality decision making.

4. Contract Management: Understand the contracts and agreements with the Key Accounts, ensuring mutually beneficial terms that align with the company's objectives and long-term partnership goals.

5. Risk Management: Proactively assess risks related to the business and market dynamics and collaborate with internal teams to implement risk mitigation strategies that ensure continuity of supply and customer satisfaction.

6. Create planning dockets and presentations for meetings with the executive management team.

7. Foster strong relationships with various internal departments such as plant operations team, supply chain team, production team, quality control, and coordination with DFM to ensure seamless execution of business requirements and expectations.

8. Budget and Expense Management: Responsible for managing the allocated budget for business activities, ensuring efficient utilization of resources while maximizing ROI on promotional and marketing initiatives.

9. Post-Sales Support: Ensure seamless post-sales support, collaborating closely with customer service and technical teams to address any inquiries, concerns, or technical challenges by the businesses under Industrial Products.

10. Contribute as a member of the integrated IP team, including cross functional collaboration and identification of business improvement opportunities.

Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in business management, engineering, finance, economics, or related field. MBA or relevant post graduate degree is preferred.

- Desirable -familiar working with manufacturing Industry in B2B environment.

- Minimum 6-9 years of experience in related roles.
