Branch Manager
Job Responsibilities:
1. Achievement of sales objectives of the Branch
2. Effective Management of front line sales personnel
3. Effective management of channel partners (WSS - Whole sale stockist / distributors, Trade etc.) building and maintaining long term relationships with them
4. Implementing and monitoring optimum utilization of trade marketing and end users marketing inputs (Scheme, trade scheme market development funds etc)
5. Analyzing competition in the branch and effectively protecting the market share
6. Providing key trade / end user feedback on products, systems and policies, for improvement
7. Effective Receivable Management - management of inventory at distributor locations under his branch
Candidate Profile:
Candidate must be an MBA from a good B-School with 1 - 5 years experience of sales in FMCG / Paints organisation.
