Job Role :
- Accountable for achievement of overall sales objectives (Value / Volume Sales) in the assigned Branch / Geography
- Establish/Grow customer relationships by maintaining and/or exceeding standards of service
- Responsible for distribution and trade activities
- Manage the overall operational activities of the branch
- Responsible for driving key initiatives in the areas of Sales, Supply chain & Marketing
- Team Management and development of frontline sales force is a key part of the role
Candidate Brief:
- Education :MBA / PGDBA - 2014 / 15/ 16 batch from Premier Institutes
- Work Experience : 2- 3 years in a Sales / Business Development/Marketing as a team manager
- Candidate Profile : Energetic, Agile, Analytical with a passion for Sales
- Job Location : Across India (Mobility across locations necessary)
