- 5 - 8 Years experience in B2B sales in footwear adhesives, leather chemicals.

- Adequate knowledge of footwear adhesives market

Job Description (Describe key result areas / main job functions):

- Responsible for achieving Volume and Value Sales (Territory wise, Segment wise and customer wise) in existing geographies

- Responsible for meeting Commercial, Customer Service, Business Development & Customer Relation objectives set by the division.

- Responsible for developing annual budgets, in consultation with the HOD / NSM / RSM for the assigned geography in line with the divisional objectives.

- Need to identify (in consultation with HOD / NSM / RSM ) and monitor Key & Major Initiatives necessary for achieving annual objectives & business development for future.
