Position Summary: We are looking for an experienced, results-oriented individual to join our finance department and take over the major reporting and reconciliation duties for our company. We need a professional, who emphasis on the attention to details necessary to ensure accurate reporting in all areas. Compensation: Salary will be commensurate with skills and experience. Key Responsibilities: - Preparing and reviewing financial statements (P&L / B.S.) and other reports of the group. - Preparation of income/GST/TDS tax returns. - Treasury Management & preparing monthly Cash flow. - Ensuring the company adheres to all compliance. - Preparing computation of income for tax planning and making tax payments. - Tax planning and evaluating tax angles of various investment opportunities. - Managing all receipts and payments processes of the group. - Preparing and Reviewing MIS / Historical Data reports for Management. - Devise the growth and performance targets of IRR for the group. - Coordinate and consolidate all audit and tax planning for the group at the corporate level. - Inter Group Transactions - Close coordination with internal and external stakeholders. Candidate Profile: - We need a CA with a minimum of 2 years experience in the relevant domain or a graduate with 7-8 years of experience in similar positions. - Preferred age group: 30 years and above. - The applicant should be compliance-driven. - Ability to critically interact with various Auditors/Tax Consultants, Company Secretary, etc., - Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must. - High level of integrity, confidentiality, and strong work ethic. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint and must be tech-savvy. Requirements: - Mumbai candidates will be given preference. (within 30kms of Lal baug will be preferred) - The notice period should not be more than 60 days. - Candidate must mention expected CTC and last drawn CTC.
