We are seeking a highly skilled global or international Sr. SEO executive with experience working with US clients or global websites. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving organic search growth and improving website visibility on a global scale. The candidate must have a deep understanding of global search engines and search trends.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute effective global international SEO strategies to improve website visibility, traffic, and leads.

- Develop and implement a content strategy that targets global audiences and supports SEO objectives, including creating content structures using topical mapping to combine related content and increase engagement.

- Conduct extensive keyword research and analysis to identify high-potential search terms and opportunities for growth.

- Create and manage an internal linking strategy that optimises the flow of link equity and ensures that relevant pages are connected and discoverable by users and search engines.

- Conduct regular website audits to identify technical SEO issues and opportunities for improvement, including site speed, mobile-friendliness, and indexability.

- Manage and optimise technical aspects of global international SEO, including site architecture, URL structure, and XML sitemaps.

- Monitor and analyse website performance metrics, such as traffic, rankings, and engagement, to identify areas for improvement.

- Collaborate with other teams, such as content, social media, and tech, to ensure SEO best practices are integrated across all digital channels.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and search engine algorithm updates to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements Skills and Qualifications:

- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in handling global or international SEO sites.

- Proven track record of developing and executing successful global SEO strategies.

- Proficiency in SEO tools such as Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Moz.

- Experience working with SILO structure and implementing this for global websites to create a logical content structure that helps users and search engines understand the relevance of each page and the overall theme of the site.

- Knowledge of technical SEO best practises, such as crawl optimisation, schema markup, and website performance.

- Experience in optimising website content for global audiences, including implementing hreflang tags, managing content translation, and managing SEO campaigns.

- Familiarity with global search trends in different regions.

- Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive strategic decision-making.

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
