Job Title : Senior Content Writer

Experience : 5-8 Years

Functional Responsibilities :

- Writing SEO optimised blogs and website content

- Email marketing

- Research industry-related topics (combining online sources, interviews and studies)

- End to end measurement for content creation and keep optimising the content based on the learning

- Understanding and adapting to the - Tone- of the organization and modify existing or new content as per the same

- Coordinate with marketing and design teams to illustrate articles, website content.

- Identify customers- needs and gaps in our content and recommend new topics

- Ensure all-around consistency (style, fonts, images and tone)

- Being able to work and perform under pressure and tangential work alignments

- Comfortable with writing both long and short form content

- Being aware of and keeping up with the dynamics of social media platforms and their trends and using that knowledge to create brand content

- Should be well versed in email marketing

Functional Competencies :

- Ability to create content strategy for the brand

- Familiar with on page SEO best practices for content writing

- Experience in email marketing

- Proven work experience as a Senior Content Writer, Senior Copywriter or similar role

- Fluent in English with the ability to churn out content that is creative and catchy. A similar grasp of Hindi is a plus.

- Good design knowledge and ability to mould content around visuals

- Quick learner with a methodical approach to content writing in order to manage the content calendar

- Design skills and knowledge is a plus

- Portfolio of published articles

- Well aware of Social Media platforms, the content creation process, and the various tools used to do so (Microsoft/Google Office, Social Media Tools, etc.)

- Ability to work with and within a team of people across various creative roles and to create content for the brands assigned.

- Understanding of digital platforms, marketing opportunities, and creative formats prevalent in the current age.
