Pickrr - Brand Manager

Responsibilities :

- Researching and analyzing consumer behavior, market trends and competitor activity

- Developing and implementing strategies that resonate with the target market

- Producing, adapting, and advising on display and current marketing materials as needed

- Adjusting strategies and materials to improve sales with new target markets

- Coordinating and briefing market research initiatives

- Collaborating with different teams such as marketing, creative, legal, etc.

- Devise long-term development strategies for the allocated categories

Requirements :

- Degree in business, marketing or related field

- Previous experience in developing brand and marketing strategies

- Good communication skills, both verbal and written

- Strong research and analytical skills

- Highly organized and perform well under pressure
