To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience in end-to-end project management or as a Business Analyst or in Software Development. Your main responsibilities would include gathering product requirements, prioritizing feature implementations and improving overall user experience. Our ideal candidates should combine technical background with an understanding of business. The Role: - Associate Product Manager is expected to manage the entire product life cycle. - Gathering requirements by working closely with the business team. Understanding business team's pain points and figuring out the right solutions that solves the issues holistically and intelligently. - Understanding the industry trends and benchmarking against the best practices and best products in the market. User research, competitive research, data analysis will form a core part of the job. - Work on wireframes and work closely with design team to come up with UI/UX that result in a great customer experience - Working closely with development team to build, test and launch products - Managing the rollout strategy of the product and continuously measuring the success metrics of the product rollout - Develop the core positioning and messaging for the product, ensuring all elements are addressed - Continued follow up on projects to ensure all deadlines are met Skills and Experience Required: - 1-3 years experience in a product management or software development or business analyst role - Independent thinking to understand the problem at hand and recommend product solutions - Good understanding of product life cycle - Experience in creating product requirement documents and ability to work with tech team to launch the product - Strong analytical skills working with data to take product decisions - Attention to detail with an ability to spot gaps in processes and systems - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment - Should have a strong focus on ease of use while building products especially during product design - Should have a proven track record of customer obsession and innovation, preferably in start-ups - Excellent written, presentation and verbal communication skills.
