Responsibilities : - Gathering inputs for the product by interacting with customer segments, research market landscape, internal &amp; external Stakeholders, conduct customer explore sessions to generate new ideas and improve on existing experience. - Identify and prioritize the most immediate improvement opportunities and Maintain the Roadmap for the product - Drive the entire product lifecycle from ideation, documenting specifications, partnering with Engineering for implementation, testing, procuring end-user sign-off, and leading product launch. - Work very closely with engineering to ensure they understand business logic and end-state product vision. - Deliver top-notch specifications to Engineering for every initiative Partner with UI design team for implementation of new features to front-end products. - Ensure that all proposed changes to front-end are reviewed by C-Suite stakeholders, product feedback is incorporated, and communication is disseminated to impacted internal teams prior to product launch. - Leverage data and reporting to make data-driven product decisions. - Assist in troubleshooting any production issue that may surface for the customer facing products. - Enforce connect-the-dots collaboration with fellow product managers by quickly identifying any necessary changes required to front-end products due to other projects/initiatives - Own all aspects of the front-end experience &amp; act as a gatekeeper - no change goes out for the product without your review - Define, measure and drive adoption of customer experience metrics Required Skills : - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or equivalent. - Proven track record of customer obsession. - Demonstrated ability to think both strategically and tactically. - Ability to prioritize in an ambiguous environment. - Experience in product management. - Demonstrated ability to formulate data-driven decisions that lead to results. - Demonstrated ability to conceptualize, manage, and prioritize multiple projects. - Exceptional interpersonal, communication (spoken and written) and influencing skills and an ability to navigate a complex and unstructured cross-functional environment.
