Lead Workforce Planning & Ananlytics

Position Purpose :

- The incumbent will work very closely with CPO on Strategic areas like Manpower planning, Budgeting and drive HR Analytics. The role will need to analyze and evaluate projections on organizational staffing, costs, to enhance forecasting accuracy and improve workforce decision making.

Strategic Responsibilities :

- Assist CPO in developing long-term goals ,manpower planning & budgets

- Provide accurate analysis and reports related to manpower, HR metrics, Shared Services delivery

- Working with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain MIS and project updates for strategic and tactical projects where CPO office is involved

- Provides management support to the Human Resource function in the areas of people metrics, reporting, and advanced and predictive analytics.

- Plan Human Resources solutions enabling strategy.

- Utilizes technology and analytical tools to develop and analyse enterprise-wide people and other cross-functional data as needed.

- Compensation benchmarking within the organization and new hires.

- Creates, maintains, and ensures quality assurance of key human resources data sets, reports, and metrics.

- Serves as the domain expert for human capital analytics

- Expertise in Visual Basic or macro programing in excel

- In depth knowledge and experience of analytical tools like, Tableau, R language, etc.

- Manage the admin module as a super user for HR Systems (Success Factors/SAP)

Education Qualification : MBA Tier 1(XLRI/ IIM/ TISS)

Work Experience : 4-5 years of experience in HR Analytics & MIS, HR Dashboards, manpower planning & budgeting reporting etc.
