Pi - AVP/VP - Marketing - AI FinTech Startup

About Us:

Pi - India's 1st SuperMoney App, is an AI-native Fintech startup building ML platforms for financial advisory and wealth management. Founded by a former Investment Banker (IIT/IIM/ CFA- ) with over a decade of experience.

Pi is looking for a generalist who is passionate about products & startups, and to help build India's 1st SuperMoney App. You will be part of the Founders' Office team that drives important business decisions across the company. You'll join a visionary, funded startup on the ground floor and get to build it up one conversation at a time.

Role and Responsibilities:

- T-shaped marketer who can handle multiple marketing efforts of the startup and develop marketing strategies that align with the organization's business goals

- Manage and execute campaigns across various digital channels, including email, social media, search engines, influencers, and display advertising and others

- B2B Partnerships and Institutional Sales - pitch for institutional partnerships, affiliations and manage existing relationships

- Measure and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)

- Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities and improve campaign performance

- Design, build and maintain our social media presence

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, content, and web development, to produce engaging content and optimize the user experience

- Stay up-to-date with emerging digital marketing trends and technologies

- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and display advertising

- Evaluate emerging technologies, provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate

- Proficient in marketing automation tools

- Excellent analytical skills and experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)

- Strong project management skills

Qualifications and Education Requirements

- 2 years full time MBA in Marketing from IIMs or other top tier colleges

- 4-10 years of relevant work experience

- Client facing personality and industry network are desirable

- Strong interpersonal and effective communication skills (both written and verbal)

- Good team-working skills
