Programs:

School of Technology (SOT): A 4-year UG residential program in Computer Science and AI, designed to cultivate the tech leaders of tomorrow. School of Management (SOM): A 4-year UG residential program in Entrepreneurship and Tech Management, sculpting visionary leaders equipped to navigate the business-technology landscape.

Position: Program Director/ Head of Programs

Location: PW Institute of Innovation, Bangalore

The Program Director for the Program is entrusted with the leadership role to oversee, develop,and enhance the quality, delivery, and outcomes of the program. The candidate should have a strategic vision who can collaboratively work with stakeholders to ensure the continuous success, growth, and relevance of the program.

Work Experience- 8-12 Years

Key Responsibilities:

- Responsible for complete ownership of outcome, outreach, execution & program management for the undergraduate programs at Institute of Innovation.

- Strategy and Business Development activities to increase the outreach of the program

- Lead the Program Management, Placement and Student Success Team for Institute of Innovation.

- Design, develop and maintain- KPIs, NPS, and other metrics for the programs.

- Formulate and execute strategies to augment student learning outcomes.

- Collaborate with faculty coordinator(s) to ensure the curriculum remains aligned with industry standards.

- Design and implement initiatives to promote and bolster student involvement.

- Plan and execute events, workshops, and seminars to enrich the student experience and skill set.

- Forge and nurture partnerships with industry leaders to create avenues for internships and employment.

- Design and implement career-readiness programs, emphasizing interview acumen, and industry-specific knowledge.

- Develop a comprehensive mentorship framework connecting students with professionals, alumni, and faculty.

- Regularly evaluate and refine the mentorship initiatives for efficacy.

- Ensure the efficient and effective day-to-day operations of the undergraduate program.

- Continually monitor program metrics, identifying areas for enhancement and implementing strategic improvements.

- Maintain a collaborative relationship with the Academic Head to synchronize program objectives with institutional goals.

- Deliver regular updates and comprehensive reports on program advancements and performance metrics.

- Devise and execute robust marketing strategies for program-centric events, workshops, and seminars.

- Implement proactive strategies to bolster student satisfaction and retention. Regularly review retention, progression, and graduation of students for the program.

- Develop and manage the program's budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and adherence to financial guidelines.

- Represent the institute in meetings, conferences, and events, fostering positive relationships with stakeholders.

Qualifications:

- Master's degree in any field (Preferably MBA) from a Tier 1 College

- Proficient leadership capabilities complemented by exemplary communication and interpersonal skills.

- Demonstrated expertise in program management, business development, curriculum development.

- Preferably worked in an internet/tech startup of repute.

- A track record of fostering industry partnerships and engaging stakeholders fruitfully.
