Job Summary : We seek a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing the organization's daily operations to ensure smooth functioning and the achievement of organizational goals. The SM will work closely with the Revenue Head to develop and implement strategies that enhance the overall performance of the company.

Key Responsibilities :

- Assist the revenue head in developing and implementing strategic plans for the company.

- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the organization.

- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure the efficient and effective functioning of the company.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and standards.

- Monitor and analyze operating performance, identify areas for improvement, and develop and implement solutions.

- Manage and coordinate the activities of various departments to ensure seamless operations.

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistency and coherence across the organization.

- Manage and evaluate staff performance and provide feedback and support to ensure high levels of motivation, engagement, and productivity.

- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

- Stakeholder management within the organization like the marketing team, business teams, etc.

- Managing and coordinating with different revenue channels and partners.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Education, or a related field.

- 5-8 years of experience in a managerial role in an educational institution or related industry.

- Proven track record of managing operations, implementing policies and procedures, and achieving organizational goals.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to manage and motivate teams effectively.

- Strong organizational and planning skills with keen attention to detail.
