About the Role: A Project Manager is responsible for building and maintaining positive relationships with the school community, identifying opportunities for business growth, and resolving customer complaints. They possess excellent communication skills and problem-solving skills and work closely with sales and marketing teams to boost profitability and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand partner needs and develop plans to address them.
- Planning localized marketing campaigns and activities
- Conducting PW seminars and admission drives with schools.
- Identify key lever for partner to cultivate profitable relationships
- Resolve partner complaints quickly and effectively.
- Drive a smooth fee collection process, ensuring timely and efficient addition of all transactions to the system.
- Aim to preserve partners and renew contracts
- Approach potential customers to establish relationships
- Address academic and non-academic issues raised by students, providing necessary support and guidance.
- Act as a one-point solution for all partner needs. Fulfill all tasks as a partner to the school, contributing to the overall well-being and success of the students.
- Gain solid knowledge of competitors
Qualification:
- Proven experience as a Client Relationship manager or project manager
- Experience in sales, account management or relationship management is preferred
- Problem-solving attitude and Excellent communication skills
- Aptitude for fostering positive relationships
- Teamwork and leadership skills
- Customer-oriented mindset
