Position Overview:

- We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Performance Marketing Manager to join our team. As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective digital marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth. You will have a deep understanding of various online marketing channels, analytics, and performance tracking to optimize campaigns and maximize return on investment (ROI). This role requires a data-driven mindset, strong analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. Plan and manage digital advertising campaigns across various channels, including paid search, display advertising, social media advertising, and affiliate marketing.

- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify target audiences, competitive landscape, and emerging trends to optimize campaign targeting and messaging. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. Optimize campaign performance through continuous testing and experimentation, including A/B testing, landing page optimization, and ad copy refinement.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, content, and development, to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns. Utilize web analytics tools to track, measure, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimization. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in performance marketing, digital advertising, and conversion rate optimization.

- Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies, ensuring effective collaboration and timely delivery of marketing assets and campaigns. Develop and manage marketing budgets, allocating resources effectively to maximize ROI and achieve marketing goals. Prepare regular reports and presentations for key stakeholders, summarizing campaign performance, insights, and recommendations.

- Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus. Proven work experience as a Performance Marketing Manager or in a similar digital marketing role. Strong understanding of performance marketing concepts, channels, and best practices. Proficiency in using digital advertising platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other programmatic platforms.

- Experience with web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, to track and measure campaign performance. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights. Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and conversion rate optimization techniques.

- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and prioritize tasks effectively.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders. Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding marketing goals. Up-to-date knowledge of the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and industry best practices.
