We are the first company aiming to build an affordable online education platform for each Indian student who dreams of IIT & AIIMS but is unable to afford the existing offline/online education providers. We provide e-learning via our YouTube Channel and PhysicsWallah App/Website by providing lectures for JEE Mains and Advanced level, NEET and Board Exams.

Job Role - Operations Manager Marketing

- We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a focus on Operations. Proven expertise in leading cross-functional teams, optimising processes, and delivering projects on time and within budget. Strong organisational and communication skills to ensure seamless project execution. Committed to driving operational efficiency and fostering a collaborative work environment.

Education: Any Graduate / Post graduate

Responsibilities:

- Lead and oversee project teams for successful execution. Develop and optimise project plans, timelines, and budgets. Ensure adherence to quality standards and project milestones. Identify and mitigate project risks and issues. Communicate with stakeholders and provide regular updates. Foster a collaborative and productive team environment.

- Monitor and track project progress and performance. Implement process improvements and efficiency measures. Facilitate problem-solving and decision-making processes. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Knowledge, Skill and Abilities :

- Knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices, ensuring efficient planning and execution. Proficiency in project scheduling, resource allocation, and budget management to achieve project objectives. Strong leadership skills to effectively manage and motivate diverse project teams. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for seamless collaboration with stakeholders and team members.

- Problem-solving skills to identify and address project challenges proactively. Ability to manage risks and implement effective risk mitigation strategies. Proficient in using project management tools and software to streamline project tracking and reporting.

- Adaptability and flexibility to handle changing project requirements and priorities.
