Physics Wallah - Manager/Senior Manager - Sales & Operations Analytics

Responsibilities :

1. Develop automated reports and dynamic dashboards utilizing a range of BI tools/Gsheets.

2. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Operations, and Technology stakeholders to gain insights into challenges and offer analytical solutions to enhance program outcomes.

3. Conduct in-depth data mining and analysis to identify trends, statistical KPIs and correlations, generating valuable insights that support informed decision-making for stakeholders.

4. Lead the design and execution of analytical initiatives employing advanced statistical analysis techniques.

5. Lead Data productization and modelling for end-to-end automation, up-selling scopes and further bolster our Sales Funnel.

Basic Qualifications :

1. 3+ years related analytical field experience.

2. 2-3 years of experience with SQL

3. 5+ years of Excel (including VBA, pivot tables, array functions, power pivots, etc.) and data visualization as Power BI, Tableau or Qlik Sense.

4. 3+ years of business or financial analysis experience

5. Experience in defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights.

6. Experience in making business recommendations and influencing stakeholders.

7. Well-versed in the functionalities, features, and capabilities of Sales CRM systems.

Preferred Qualifications :

1. Ability to use scripting languages such as Python or R to evaluate data.

2. Experience in the EdTech industry

3. Project management and execution under hard deadlines.

4. Proven problem-solving skills with regard to unstructured, uncertain problems.

5. Strong proficiency in Data Science methodologies and statistical techniques.
