Position Overview : We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Performance Marketing Manager to join our team. As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective digital marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth. You will have a deep understanding of various online marketing channels, analytics, and performance tracking to optimize campaigns and maximize return on investment (ROI). This role requires a data-driven mindset, strong analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
- Plan and manage digital advertising campaigns across various channels, including paid search, display advertising, social media advertising, and affiliate marketing.
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify target audiences, competitive landscape, and emerging trends to optimize campaign targeting and messaging.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Optimize campaign performance through continuous testing and experimentation, including A/B testing, landing page optimization, and ad copy refinement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, content, and development, to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns.
- Utilize web analytics tools to track, measure, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in performance marketing, digital advertising, and conversion rate optimization.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies, ensuring effective collaboration and timely delivery of marketing assets and campaigns.
- Develop and manage marketing budgets, allocating resources effectively to maximize ROI and achieve marketing goals.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for key stakeholders, summarizing campaign performance, insights, and recommendations.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
- Proven work experience as a Performance Marketing Manager or in a similar digital marketing role.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing concepts, channels, and best practices.
- Proficiency in using digital advertising platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other programmatic platforms.
- Experience with web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, to track and measure campaign performance.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
- Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and conversion rate optimization techniques.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and prioritize tasks effectively.
