Qualification & Eligibility : Master's degree in any field.

Working Experience: Minimum 4-5 years experience as a Team Lead role in marketing.

ATL & BTL Job Description :

- Will be responsible for Planning and managing BTL Campaigns to promote our products, generate leads and to ensure the revenue generated in their region.

- Will work with cross functions to ensure success of these marketing campaigns

- Identify and create partnerships with different organizations to create new channels for marketing.

- Responsible to set up the processes for monitoring the marketing campaigns of the region and work with city leads to optimize the output of the campaigns

- Will also work hand-in-hand with our various internal operations, sales, finance and back-end support teams

- Will have to train and motivate the ground team to achieve their goals with desired efficiency.

- Evaluate the financial aspects of marketing activities, expenditures or return-on-investment and profit loss projections
