Roles and Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end payroll processing activities

- Salary calculations, and disbursements

- Verify and reconcile payroll data to prevent discrepancies.

- Implement and enforce compliance with payroll-related laws and regulations (e.g PF, ESIC, PT, LWF) .

- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with tax laws, wage and hour laws, and other relevant regulations.

- Develop and update payroll policies and procedures in accordance with legal requirements and organizational needs.

- Maintain accurate and confidential payroll records.

- Collaborate with finance, human resources, and other departments to ensure seamless integration of payroll processes.

- Work with external auditors during audits related to payroll and compliance.

- Oversee the administration and maintenance of the payroll system.

- Recommend and implement improvements to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
