Job Role: Sales & Partnership Head

Job Location : Jodhpur

Job Summary :

The Sales and Partnership Head is responsible for driving revenue growth by developing and implementing effective sales strategies and partnership initiatives. He/she will be responsible for leading and managing the inside sales team to achieve sales targets and generate revenue. He/she will work closely with the executive team to identify new market opportunities, build relationships with key stakeholders, and negotiate partnerships that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Lead the inside sales team and provide coaching and support to ensure their success

2. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets.

3. Identify new market opportunities and develop plans to penetrate them.

4. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and vendors.

5. Negotiate partnership agreements that drive business growth and support company goals.

6. Analyze sales data and market trends to identify areas for improvement.

7. Develop and implement effective pricing strategies that maximize revenue and profitability.

8. Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.

9. Attend industry events and conferences to build relationships and promote the company.

Key Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.

2. 8+ years of experience in sales and business development

3. Proven track record of driving revenue growth and closing complex sales deals.

4. Experience negotiating partnership agreements and managing partner relationships.

5. Strong leadership skills with experience managing a sales team.

6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders.

7. Strong analytical skills with experience analyzing sales data and market trends.

8. Ability to work collaboratively with other departments and teams.

9. Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of sales and marketing principles.

10. Ability to travel as needed to attend industry events and conferences.
