About the job:

Qualification & Eligibility:

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering and related fields.

- A Masters in Engineering or related fields or a Masters in Business Administration is a plus point for candidature.

Skill Sets:

- ability to think strategically, simplify, and prioritise in an ambiguous environment.

- good with numbers. Excellent problem-solving skills and a steep learning curve.

- Sound knowledge of system design and first principles thinking.

- Attitude of complaining less and getting things done.

- Excellent communication, Analytical and Multitasking skills.

- Exposure to technical skills in Excel, SQL, wire framing tools, project management tools (Jira or Trello), and BI tools (any of Tableau, PowerBI, etc.) will be preferred.

- Outstanding leadership and organisational skills. Ability to structure projects/engagements for the team.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Develop a deep understanding of our customers. Analyze current customer journeys to define friction points and enable seamless and effortless experiences

- Identifying the areas for improvement in the existing business processes is the key here.

- Set and measure success metrics for the team to drive strategy and prioritize the product roadmap.

- Lead product development as a product owner within an agile scrum team working with a team of engineers. Write user stories, prioritise the product backlog, and work closely with engineers on the team.

- Help monitor the status of ongoing projects at all times and continuously assess risks and impacts on delivery schedules; lead cross-functional solutions to complicated problems.

- Dig deeper into complex data structures to understand customer context and identify opportunities for improvement.

- Understanding the raw requirements given by business and finding the corner cases and formulating them into requirement documents.

- Work with analytics partners to evaluate business cases, launch outcomes, and ongoing platform performance to help build best-in-class experiences.

- Build trust and effective relationships with peers and cross-functional teams and provide leadership across the product, design, engineering, analytics, and business teams.
