Job Description:  - Physicians Interactive is looking for an Innovative Solutions Leader with a passion for analytics and healthcare to support a leading provider of digital marketing solutions to Pharma.   - This critical role requires best in class analytics and will focus on measuring campaign impact on physician prescribing behavior along with generating predictive models to maximize campaign efficiency and predict prescribing behavior.   Responsibilities:  - Generate optimal test & control groups given specific match criteria and measure group performance.  - Perform impact analysis of Physicians Interactive integrated campaigns, including ROI analysis, ANCOVA, NRx lift analysis, and NRx share analysis.  - Develop predictive models for change in physician prescribing behavior as well as Physician Interactive integrated campaign response behavior.   Technical Skills:  - Statistical expertise in general linear models, correlation and regression analysis  - Experience with statistical and data manipulation tools such as SAS, SPPS or R.  - Working knowledge of Microsoft SQL, Oracle, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint  - Ideally but not required, familiarity with IMS datasets  Desired Skills and Experience:  Requirements:  - Masters Degree or Ph.D in Mathematics, Statistics, Public health or related area is required  - 3 to 5 Years of experience in data analysis and reporting  - Experience with various pre- and post-test control designs as well as ANCOVA  - Ideally experience with development of predictive models and strategies utilizing basic approaches such as clustering, decision tress, and regression
